THERE’s history behind our beer
Deerfield Beach has always been one of South Florida's iconic experiences. Anyone worth their salt knows that DFB is the perfect blend of old-school Florida, beach days, and nightlife. This is a one of a kind town.
The Cove is one of Deerfield’s original neighborhoods, and the cove shopping center has been serving up good times for over 50 years. It only seemed right to create a unique brewery that is dedicated to this community.

We wanted to build a brewery that celebrates South Florida's fun in the sun lifestyle and create a one of a kind taproom that embodies everything that makes Florida great. One that feels like home.

FROM THE BEGINNING
Cove brewery happened when a few locals decided to make it their mission to create Deerfield Beach’s first brewery; a premium, Old Florida inspired brewery that celebrates South Florida’s beach and beer lifestyle and everything they love about the iconic location where it was built. They set out to honor Deerfield Beach’s roots, and design a high quality taproom that actually ‘ feels’ like Florida.
